 The Federal High Court in Lagos on Friday remanded a social media influencer and self acclaimed relationship expert Blessing Okoro aka “Blessing CEO” following her arraignment by the police for alleged Cyber-bullying.  Justice Yelim Bogoro remanded the blogger and self-proclaimed relationship/mental expert in the custody of the Nigerian Correctional Services (NCoS) till May 30 for hearing of her bail application.  Note: At the start of the case, Blessing said she is the  Personal Therepist and Mental Expert of IVD on the murder case and made a lot of claims against the family of his late partner Photo: Moment she was arrested yesterday.

Popular Nollywood Actor Yul Edochie and his wife, May lost their first son, Kambilichukwu Leo Yul-Edochie, on Wednesday, March 29.  According to reports, Kambilichukwu had read throughout the night on Tuesday in preparation for his exams on Wednesday. After his examination on Wednesday, he joined his friends to play football. While playing, he slumped and developed a seizure. He was immediately rushed to the Mother and Child hospital where he was confirmed dead. Kambilichukwu turned 16 in January 2023 and his parents took to social media to celebrate him. So sad! May his soul rest in peace, Amen.

Award-winning gospel singer Mercy Chinwo is threatening to take Obidiz to court for using her name in a secular song.  According to her lawyer obidiz used the name in a derogatory and defamatory way. Threatening him with a two billion naira lawsuit.

Neymar's poor injury luck has carried over to online gambling, as he lost €1m (£900,000) in just one hour of online casino which he streamed on his Twitch channel. A grandmother, known as lforiti, has allegedly set her son, wife, and two grandchildren ablaze in Apomu community, Akure, the Ondo State capital. Sources said that the grandmother, who lives with her son in the same house, had complained that they starved her of food. It was gathered that she reportedly set the house ablaze while the family members were asleep, killing three of them, including her son, Victor; wife, Racheal, and one of the grandchildren, while the other child is in critical condition at the Federal Medical Centre FMC, Owo. Narrating the sad incident to newsmen in Akure, an eyewitness, Korede Michael, said, “We saw the house on fire around 2:00 am at the weekend and had to break the window to rescue everyone in the house. “The woman, her son, Victor Oloro; wife, Rachael; and children, Toluwani and Blessing, were all in the house when the woman set it on fire.   The members of Adoration Ministry Enugu under the leadership of Rev Father Ejike Mbaka are protesting the ban stopping them from attending the ministry. The ban was issued as a disciplinary measures on Father Mbaka because of his utterances against Mr Peter Obi. The protesting are demanding the Bishop must go. It is already causing serious problem in the Church. I feel the church leadership should not shut down the ministry because it can make alot of members to leave the church if Father Mbaka decides to leave Catholic Church because of this punishment and start his ministry or church alot of members will follow him. They will follow him because what they are receiving from the Ministry is more than what they are getting from church. The bishop should handle this issue maturedly so that it will  not cause further damage to the church
